CANCELLATION POLICY

Card on File Authorization Client Booking & Financial Responsibility Agreement By booking services at Color Vanity LLC and/or The Body Spa, I acknowledge that I have read and agree to the policies outlined below. Booking an appointment constitutes a financial commitment to reserved appointment time. Administrative Communications & Recordkeeping To ensure consistency, accuracy, fairness, scheduling integrity, client accountability, quality service, and efficient business operations, Color Vanity LLC and The Body Spa utilize administrative support systems, electronic recordkeeping systems, automated communication platforms, AI-assisted scheduling systems, AI-assisted receptionist services, electronic booking systems, text messaging systems, email systems, call recording systems, surveillance systems, and related technologies. The client acknowledges that communications, appointment requests, scheduling activity, payment authorizations, service selections, package purchases, membership activity, booking history, electronic signatures, call recordings, text messages, emails, consultation records, photographs, videos, surveillance footage, and related interactions may be electronically recorded, stored, reviewed, tracked, documented, and maintained as part of normal business operations. These systems are utilized to promote consistency, accountability, accurate recordkeeping, dispute resolution, scheduling accuracy, policy enforcement, client fairness, and operational efficiency. The client acknowledges that administrative responses, scheduling communications, appointment confirmations, reminders, documentation, and related interactions may be generated, assisted, documented, recorded, reviewed, or managed through AI-assisted administrative systems, automated communication systems, booking assistants, receptionist services, and electronic support platforms. The use of administrative technology, automated systems, AI-assisted systems, or electronic communication platforms does not alter the terms of this agreement and does not invalidate communications, confirmations, authorizations, acknowledgments, records, obligations, purchases, memberships, packages, reservations, or other commitments created under this agreement.
